People are guzzling themselves on these penis shaped waffles
all accross the earth!
Called "D Cakes", these phallic treats originated
in Taiwan at the Shillin Night Market. There it became a sought after tourist
street food. The Taiwanese version came in different colors and flavors and
with as many different types of sweet and savory fillings. Part of the
assortment were penis-shaped candies, popsicles and hotdogs, and other edibles
shaped like private parts of both gender (it is so hard to write a serious
article about this! Pun not intended).
These cakes made their way around the world to LA, NYC and
California and the Americans are loving it. The American version had a
make-over - this time, the D Cake was filled with Nutella and as if the
'organic' shape is not enough, it is now topped with condensed milk artfully
squirted into various angles and cascades on the cake itself and on the person eating it.

So if you're in a dryspell, either keep away from these
cakes, catch the D Cake vendor or make one for yourself. It doesn't take a
genius to make one. There are waffle-makers with penis mold available online.
Then just buy your regular waffle mix, slap some Nutella in the middle or maybe
something savory like a hotdog (now that makes it redundant) and cook away.
Just don't forget to squirt some condensed milk as soon as the cake is firm and
done.
